1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Necroza's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Necroza provides OnlyFans account management services, including but not limited to:
- Account optimization and content strategy
- Fan engagement and messaging management
- Marketing and promotional campaigns
- Analytics and performance reporting
- 24/7 customer support
3. Client Responsibilities
Content Creation: Clients are responsible for creating all content. Necroza does not create, produce, or own any content.
Account Access: Clients must provide necessary account access and credentials for management services.
Compliance: Clients must ensure all content complies with OnlyFans' terms of service and applicable laws.
Payment: Clients must maintain current payment information and pay all fees as agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Fee Structure: Our management fee is a percentage of your OnlyFans earnings as agreed in your service contract.
Payment Schedule: Fees are calculated and collected weekly based on your OnlyFans earnings.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension until account is current.
Refunds: Management fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Necroza maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, earnings, and personal data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information and will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Service Termination
Client Termination: Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
Agency Termination: Necroza reserves the right to terminate services for breach of terms or non-payment.
Upon Termination: All account access will be returned to the client, and final fees will be calculated.
7. Limitation of Liability
Necroza's liability is limited to the management fees paid in the preceding month. We are not responsible for OnlyFans platform changes, account suspensions, or earnings fluctuations beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content created by clients remains their intellectual property. Necroza retains rights to our proprietary management methods, strategies, and systems.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
10. Changes to Terms
Necroza reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
